complexities of human behavior and the interaction between societal influences. As a military spouse and mother of two girls, she possesses extensive knowledge and understanding of diversity due to her three-plus years in Japan and extensive travels to various nations. While living in Japan, she had the pleasure of working with the Department of Defense Education activity as a teacher in Kindergarten, which she describes as truly amazing
experience.
She has brought a contemporary problem-solving methodology along with her academic excellence. With a strong understanding of behavioral sciences, Carla enhances the office environment by fostering productive discussions and effective collaboration.
