Tiny Babbles Speech Therapy provides relationship-based, play-centered speech therapy for toddlers and young children. We specialize in early intervention and support autistic and neurodivergent children through a strengths-based lens.

What You’ll Do
-
Provide speech therapy services under SLP supervision in homes and clinic
-
Implement individualized, play-based therapy plans
-
Collaborate with caregivers and coach in natural routines
-
Document sessions clearly and promptly
-
Participate in team meetings and ongoing learning
-
Contribute ideas and creative energy to the practice
-
This is not a “sit at the table and drill articulation” role.
-
This is get-on-the-floor, co-regulate, model language, and build trust work.

Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP)
We’re looking for a neurodiversity-affirming Speech-Language Pathologist to join our pediatric team for full time or part-time afternoon hours. This role is for an SLP who wants to do thoughtful, ethical, relationship-based therapy — without compliance-based pressure or burnout culture.

Complete documentation ethically and efficiently
